    I am really glad that the AA and sharing your story works for you (and others)....everyone has their own way of dealing with things...and everyone will find their own way without any one way being pushed onto them...

    Personally, if ever I feel anyone is coming across even the remotest evangelical about something, I'll run 100mph in the opposite direction:rolleyes: As far as I am concerned, I will find my own way....regardless if 'their' way is the best/right way....I've always done this.....so don't think it is anything to do with my 'alcoholic brain/self'..it isn't........it was and is part of my character long before drink ever made an appearance.....

    BTW...had a couple of blips since xmas/new year....not particularly bad ones...given that my body has decided it has had enough:o
