No its not going to any lengths, because I can't be bothered trying. You knew from the start I wouldn't be able to do this, so who really cares?! I'll go no. Thanks.

    hi folks,

hope you are all well and strong. Just an update on me,

not had an alcoholic drink since 30th Dec 06 !!!

I've been desperate at times but OH has been great, and is really helping me, putting up with the occasional ( ha ha) mood, etc

When ( of ever) do the cravingds stop? I wish I didnt always want a drink, its awful. I think I just want one - but as you know I'll never ever stop at one. - maybe one bottle but never one glass.

oh well - onwards and upwards - I hope

    take care everyone,

    jacd
    No drink since 30/12/06

  • Hiya all! Hope you are all doing ok.

Sorry I've not been about for a bit. First of all, I had stuff to do for work (possible promotion:D ).....interviews poss next week:eek: not been sorted out yet.....internal interviews...(before anyone get's knickers in a twist about equal opps....it's a restructure our section/s........so obviously got to be kept internal).

And since then (actually probably right over Christmas really...), I've been feeling really low, no energy, depressed, what's the point etc etc whilst still trying to carry on 'as normal'....... (stiff upper lip CRAP:mad: )...I think all the crap going on with my mum has taken it's toll....

Anyway, when I get like that (periodically), I go into my 'isolate self' mode.....don't want to communicate with anyone (mostly)....:o ...obviously coming out of it now;) :p
