    Morning all. how's every1 today? i woke up feeling abit strange, but spoke to my sponser just now and feel better, off to do some chackra meditation now.

    I'm having a bad day, its a bad week. You're right, white knuckling it doesn't work forever, I've got to come up with another plan.
    Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.

    Morning lewt, woke up at 8.30 by the postman and it felt like 6am, I've got to get up at 5am tomorrow, so sleeping in wasn't very clever really.
    Feeling not right today, got some stuff going on, but its not that I don't think.
    DD had a massive 30 minute screaming fit and had to be carried downstairs still screaming and wriggling. :confused:

    Hope today gets better.

    It aint phil i'm trying to wind up Al, i pm'd him to alpoligise for the thread i started. it was'nt very spirtual. Did'nt meditate in the end LM was making me laugh so much i thought i'd stay.

    At home with the kid's hey guy's. i dont envey you. (the image of beer carrying a moving child down the stairs made me smile though)

    i been sleeping in late for ages so the last two days i forced myself to get up. just seen martin gettin' fiesty on LK today.
