Morning all

Getting used to this posting lark now, not bad for a lady of my advanced years!

What an emotional rollercoaster I was on yesterday. So very glad I was brave enough to start posting, you are all lovely. If there is anyone out there who is trying to pluck up the courage to post, please don't hesitate, these guys are fantastic.

I did drink last night and yes, it was to excess but I have every intention not to drink today. I'm going to make a lovely dinner for us (MSE style of course) and be very kind to myself.

Al will be proud of me - I told my lovely daughters about my alcohol problem and they were great, very supportive and loving. Haven't told OH yet but will do soon.

Hope you all have a good day and thanks for all the support yesterday.
