    very up & down emotional day today.....
    could be hormones.....could be everything
    ive found out wot that 'lost' feeling is a keep getting....
    that ' need to be doing somthing but dont no wot' feeling....

    its my mind playin tricks....... its not a desire to drink......

    its cravings..... i do not desire a drink therefore the cravings WILL pass

    Hi AC, hang in there. It is your mind playing tricks but you can and WILL get through this. I noticed the bit at the bottom of all your posts(about heaven and hell). I am reminded of someone saying to me when I first came in.
    "We don't open the gates of heaven and let you in, but we do open the gates of hell and let you out"
    What you are experiancing WILL pass and you will go on to have peace of mind one day at a time

    he likes this thread he was sat with me last night likes cyber space get tiger to do another pic he lovley now
    going to have brown eyes never had any one in the family with dark eyes
    he got jet black hair other boy got pure blond........i am so proud :A
