I've been lurking on the other thread and realised (well I already knew but didn't want to admit it) that I am drinking far too much.

I drink most nights a week, out of nothing but boredom. I'm a single mum and I find the night intolerably long when I'm sober, and then when I go to bed I find it very hard to get to sleep because my mind goes over all the things that are wrong in my life. The stupid thing is a lot of those very problems are being caused by drinking. Every morning I get up vowing not to drink, until about 8pm when I see that yet again there is nothing on tv and I have another long night of thinking ahead so I pop to the corner shop for a half bottle of vodka.

When I have friend or family over I don't give the drink a second thought.

I want to cut back my drinking I don't think I'm an alcoholic (but then again maybe I am they say most alcoholics won't admit it) but I know for definite I do have a drinking problem.

This is the one Mich, and I lied I did get past the 1st page cos this is on page 2 :rotfl:

You can copy then change it for as much as you want to say about your own circumstances, and take it from there. There'll be quite a few suggestions come out of that :)

Did that a bit, at the weekends. Think that was part of the reason for my last binge, Mrs Mac and the little Macs were away. Got really, really badly drunk. Scated the life out of everyone. Haven't had a drink since. Doen't mean I haven't wanted one, just know I cant:o

We do hide occasionally, just for laughs:rotfl: Only joking;)

You haven't scared anyone off Trinity, it just goes a bit quiet on Sunday afternoon. I've just escaped up to my office for few secs to check you still around.
