Well here it is again, Sunday night, another week completed, 5 weeks, 35 days.

I feel good about myself. Can honestly say I'm not missing the mornings:rolleyes: Feeling more confident, but not fully confident, my social problems where there anyway. Drink just helped hide them:p

And I'm richer:j

You can all do it. It isn't easy. Making the first step is the hardest part. I'm noy saying once you've made that step it's easy, it bl00dy isn't:o Read the thread. Everyone has different situations, no two people are the same, everyone's story is different. Whichever side of the drink you are on, the goal is the same, to stop it being a significant factor in your life
