G'morning everyone
Just thought I'd look in and see how everyone's getting on...things are improving on this home front...I made the fatal mistake of not taking one day at a time, but have had many long chats with family and friends and must admit, feel a lot better now. Have now been a whole week:eek: without!!
Terrible sleeping intitially but last night slept like a dream which has really helped. Am going to put myself first from now on so should see you a little more often lol take care x x
