If it looks like potato leaves it may be a tomato, but I doubt it this early, take a leaf, crush it and smell it, if it smells nice, it could be a tomato plant..

edit, not a tomato, maybe..........maybe an elderberry, which is a weed if its in your garden, does the bark strip off easy and the leaves smell not that nice when crushed?

It's not a potato or tomato, it's probably a weed.
