its not prob there intention just feels like it at the time

just popping in, playing catch up so when i do

here we go again..........

ive decided (again)... to stop trying to destroy myself......

gonna start to build up wot damage ive done already,....

bought some hair/skin& nail pills &
some slimming stuff

but cant 'doo' caffine free coffee ..

last time i felt worse on that stuff than i did with a hangover

Did I tell you about the time I gave up caffine in coffee and tea?

Felt awful for a week, sweated buckets, really really felt on edge. After a week or so never even noticed, no cravings nothing.

Got back on because the oh got some real coffee by accident............ caffines not good for you, but not that bad either. There are worse things

i only bought the decaf coffee cause it was on offer and a
donation when to somewere....:rolleyes:
(some time money saving isent good for you)

had really bad headaches on the stuff..
not sure if it was that giving me the headaches or not having
full strength .......

are there any budding gardeners reading this ????

if so i need your help.......

ive got something growing out of my compost bin

could do with it being identified... will post it next xxxxx

The headaches will be the caffeine loss. Does that to me too.
