Yes it is something to be proud of ac, you know you can do it again.

No the binges aren't good, I've done it, its good for neither of us, no point saying its OK, cos its not.

Can't see your No1 though.

Yep really proud of the 20 days. Not so of the following 17, including two mega sessions.

We are not all the same. Simple as that, non drinking and drinking times are just so different, external forces are a factor, some good and some bad.

Each day is an achievment to anyone who has a problem. Cant knock anyone who tries. I'll repeat my counsellor again, you're going to fail, don't expect to but you will.

Going to a 40th tonight. Said to Mrs Mac, wonder if there will be a bar? Meaning is the place big enough to have a bar or will it be stuff on a table. DD said typical first thing dad asks! Almost lost it:mad: , 7 weeks since she's seen me have a drink. Do I tell her No!

20yrs ago one of mine said going for a bottle cider when we get of the bus:o
