I can't figure out how you send these anymore? I've been able to in the past but now when I click on contact buyer I can only ask them a question and don't get the drop down thing where you can choose the message type?
Any ideas? Thanks in advance

I've never seen that function, but then I've never used selling manager.

I just delete the ask a question part in the subject heading and type my own heading. Not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted. Einstein0 -
If you sell regularly and a few items a week I can't see why you wouldn't use Selling Manager Pro, it does cost but you can try it for 30 days. Cuts down on loads of little tasks..0

I looked at Selling Manager ages ago, but I couldn't really see how it would help me - and as you say it does cost. Although so does Auctiva now , and I use that!
I might have another look at it. Are there any particular functions you really find helpful? Not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted. Einstein0 -
All functions can be switched on or off.I looked at Selling Manager ages ago, but I couldn't really see how it would help me - and as you say it does cost. Although so does Auctiva now , and I use that!

Automatic feedback, either immediately after payment received or after its left for you, you get ten templates for feedback.
Automatic emails, with payment details at end of auction, dispatch notice, payment reminder, feedback reminder and customisable ones.
Stock inventory. I also think its one way of getting free scheduled listings, they can also be scheduled free by another listing tool, so you can use it with Turbo Lister or GarageSale.
There are invoice printing templates, you can print off invoices dispatch notes, etc, and select the ones you want and it will print them off in one run.
There are also pages for awaiting payment, awaiting feedback, eligible for disputes, etc.
If I'm honest I've used SMP for 7 years and don't really know which bits are in it and which aren't! I think I've covered a lot of it, there are some bits with inventory that I don't use, so there may be other advantages there..0
