Been using Opodo for flights around the world for years, even booked some hotels through them too. Never had a problem yet, everything has always gone like clockwork.

I'm flying to Hong Kong for £180 return thanks to Opodo.

Sure, they phoned me a week later saying it was a pricing error and would I pay 50% of the difference. I said "no thanks" and they said "no problem they will take the extra expense".

the opodo man just left my work.. very strange, he had a red hand and a cat and hampster under his arm muttering something about £180.. oh dear the photocopier is gone!!!!!

I booked a holiday with Opodo. Within one hour they called me to say that the no longer had an agreement with the airline and that my holiday booking hadn;t gone through. I booked using another operator. Three days later Opodo debited my account with fare for my holiday so I have now paid twice. THey're taking ages to pay it back and what's worse, they're still selling the holiday so no doubt getting cash out of other people as well. Crooks
