Opodo are terrible

DO NOT USE OPODO THEY ARE CROOKS.

Horrible service from Opodo and "invisible" extra charges. Premium call rates charged to UK customers who contact customer service for changes/cancellations.

All flights are non refundable....

This was even two months before the flight date.

Ridiculous, Please do not use them, They are milking consumers dry.

Last week a man from Opodo came round to my house and slapped me in the face. Out of the blue! I could hardly believe it.

He also stole my cat.

To the OP: I think you will find if you buy a non-refundable air-ticket it is just that.

If you cannot travel you may be able to reclaim taxes, or put in a claim on your travel insurance if you are covered.

I heard that the film "snakes on a plane" was actually a true story and guess who had chartered the airline the incident happened on??? Yup you've guessed it opododododo.

I've also read on the t'internet that they are "in" with the badger ma-fia (curious cant type that word in one go, maybe the MSE bods are scared of em too)

Opodo is actually quite interesting, sometimes it has Q booking class fares at very low prices, which aren't available on airlines' websites.
But since they are Q booking class, they have the most restrictions and are often non refundable.

I would not say don't use Opodo they are crooks. I would say if you use Opodo check your booking more than once over before you submit it, if you make a mistake however small don't expect any sympathy and any help you get will have a hefty charge attached to it.

Hang on... if Opodo are crooked for selling airfares that are non refundable when they state they are non refundable, then the following companies are crooks to
