  • Hi Jayk,

Have you taken advice from (eg) CCCS or CAB? They will be able to answer your queries and settle your nerves a lot.

I hope all goes well and wish you luck.

thanks will try to speak to Nat debtline again and ask them. Today am filling in all the forms have confided in my daughter and shes been great and very supportive and is going to help me do forms and will come with me on the day for support. feel a sense of relief that its in the open and taking some action. Will be glad when ct day and interview will be done as like everyone else is stressful and I appreciate support and very helpful information from others.

You feel as if its just you and then you realise others who through circumstances are going through BR.

    Thanks
  • I'm glad you have your Daughter to support you Jayk.

I know how you feel, you feel alone and a complete mess-up until you find these forums (and in my case also a friend) and read people's stories and understand that you're not, that you've tried hard to pay your debts, but that you now need to take a brave step and change your life for the better.

Good luck again, and let us know how you get on :)

Thanks Florence 22. I managed to speak to ND Line this morning they advised me no need to put down payday loans as don't owe any money on them. May end up with a BRO but end of day to be free of all this will be worth it as my health is suffering. Have almost finished both forms now just some further checking and double checking on SOA budget.
    Thanks
  • Jayk, if you have a good GP go and have a chat with him/her. They don't have to give you a prescription (although those little tablets sometimes do you the world of good), just talking to the Doctor about your health may help you to feel better.
Perhaps your Daughter will go with you if she's able to...accept all the support you can, you're really not on your own.
    Best wishes.
