    can I just ask how you find out all of the information regarding your debts? as in I am thinking about bankrupt I have asked about it on here before but didn't get round to doing it and haven't paid anyone anything for years! it has ben moved from company to company and now the letters get read and thrown in the bin. how do I find out what I owe to who?

    Get your statutory reports from all 3 credit reference agencies, they should have all the info you need.

    hmm so Experian, Equifax and who is the other one? and also will it tell me the last time I paid my creditors? sorry for ask of the questions

    Callcredit.

    Might give you an idea when they were last paid, but might not. Payment data on credit files is not very reliable.
