Can anyone help me?

I've bought over the internet a language course of Dutch to Natively in 4/10/2009 7:55:00 AM US EST. Until today 7/22/2009 I didn't receive my order and I've paid with credit card charged on 4/10/2009. After a lot of calls they send me an offer of good wil that arrived first than my paid order. Does anyone know what can I do???

    OP, I would echo the others, your posts do not make sense.

    Where do you live? Are you in the UK?

    Are you saying that you have paid for something that you have not received?

    Because of the delay they gave you a good-will gift and your Language Course will follow?

    Your options depend upon which country you are living in, but if you fail to receive the order you should talk to your credit card company as they may have some responsibility to protect you.
