If you hit a parked car then it can not be the parked cars fault, so admitting liability is the right thing to do....
Only if you have limitles funds to pay any subsequent claims that turn up!
Even when you and your insurers agree you are liable, they never admit that to the third party (payments from insurers are always made "without accepting liability").
Admitting you are liable is also a breach of the ts + cs of your insurance policy.0 -
