A Lady like you will have some empathy with the position I found myself in - (getting publicly accused out of the blue by Lisyloo (in June) of "losing" you (when our previous encounter was February) - when you had continued posting long after the Feb meeting!

Unless there is another explanation - have you and Lisyloo ever been seen in the same room together????

There might be inappropriate signs, most "decent" doctors will do things like the waddell test or distraction tests to see whether the symptoms reported are consistent with those observed at examination.

Of course the doctor often is reluctant to say that the claimant is faking or malingering and will leave the door open to a suggestion of pain disorders and so on, which gets even more complex and expensive. Shame a few of them can't grow some balls and say that they believe a claimant is exaggerating when that is what all the evidence suggests.
