just been on live help and iv to send them bank statments showing the amount that was taken, they said there is no trace of any thing taken from my account. so iv got to prove it.

Sounds like someone's hacked your paypal and used it for their own fees. It might not necessarily be linked to your own eBay account. Just a thought.

Can I suggest you also check your Paypal account and see what description is showing for the payments, and a very good thing to do now would be to change your Ebay and Paypal passwords, and any other financial passwords that you might have.
