Carphone Warehouse pain
Hi... I've been having some painful issues with CPW that I just cannot stand to be a customer of them for any longer.
I am only one month in on an 18 month chequeback/cashback deal with on CPW/O2 and I want to break out /terminat/buy out my contract.
Does anyone know that if I do this that the chequeback offer still stands or that I have to pay the full amount to buy myself out?
thanks in advance.

If you buy out you won't get any bills, won't even get what you've paid for and won't be able to claim the cashback. Your experience is why I warn people on here (have done for the last two years now) about cpw despite getting occasional flack for so doing. I work on the basis that at least a few people might avoid the company as a result even though the many will go on in "blissful" ignorance.0

Hmm.. good point. thanks.
I agree, I've already dissuaded 2 people in the past couple of weeks from buying through CPW and will continue to do so.0
