I sent my phone off to MPB on July 16th (next day special delivery) and Royal Mail had it as being delivered on July 17th by 1pm.
My status on MPB had "Tested" in the phone section and has stayed like that ever since. I've emailed via their website twice. Once on July 17th and again yesterday and still heard nothing.
They say they'll email you on receipt of phone and will send payment once tested/sorted out, but I don't know what to do.
Technically, it's been 2.5 working days since Royal Mail said they've had the phone, but I've had no communication and I'm worried that maybe it's all a big scam.
Any suggestions, help would be greatly appreciated.
