REPORT EBAY VIOLATION0 -
strictly it may be legal but i think hes still trying to deceive people.first he advertises the phone in massive text then adds + get a bonus e-book :as if included with the phone.only at the bottom in very small print does he mention its only a e-book u get.ok experienced e-bayers will spot this but newbies will basicly be ripped off >:(hes now got a buy it now price of £119.99 on his other auctions for these e-books >:( >:(guess he expects each one to fetch that much now.
I think the only thing against the ebay rules on this auction is that fact that he has listed it in the phone section and not in the ebook/other section. It might get pulled because of that if someone wants to report it.
However, it clearly states it is an e book in more than one place on the text and in the payment box.
If people seriously bid on this and don;t read it first it is hardly ebay's fault. It seems that people will bid on anything and then seem surprised that they don;t get what they want and only get what the person was selling.

I would prefer ebay to concentrate on the real scammers who blatantly rip people off by advertising things they don't have or my hijacking legit user ids.
If someone chooses to bid on an auction for a link the only protection they need is from themselves. Newbies are just as able to read as an experienced user, these auctions for links are obvious even to a newbie if they just read the auction they are bidding on.
If ebay can't deal with everything Let them concentrate on dealing with the real scammers.

yes i agree
how can some people think they are getting hundreds of pounds off something, bargains like that never happen and are generally cons.
i dont know some poeple are just very silly or i would say very greedy.
