sorry looked wrong, the transfer balance and my promotions arent there

so the icons that disappeared and reappeared once in limit are Increase limit, setup direct debit, replacement cards, additional card holders, pin and the option for insurance products..

in your mind do you think that this is directly because ive gone over my limit due to the pending transaction.. and will they reinstate my promotion as ive never been over limit on complete transactions only pending

I've only skimmed the rest of the thread, but have you actually asked MBNA yet?

The T&C's say they'll backdate your loss of promotional rate to your previous statement date so you really ought to be ringing MBNA rather than waiting to see. Best number is 0800 783 1116 (during office hours).

no i havent yet... cheers for the number!!! can i ring them to deal with my play.com one???

i was waiting for payments to clear and show online as they still have them 'pending' so the validation transaction which has took me over will drop of and not clear so will only be 1pence under limit..
i hope its all worth it as i got the tv today and its AMAZING:T
