I have just spent over 4 hours trying to get on line with these 'cowboys' after migrating from TalkTalk. I called the 0870 'helpline' and the operator was condesending and rude. He eventually hung up on me after I had been on for 20 minutes when I told him I was not happy with the advise he was giving. I eventually got it going myself (still not sure how and it will probably stop working soon). If I can get out of this I would but I have noticed there is no postal address that I can find for Madasafish.

I have to add that since 'I got myself up and running' everything is running much quicker than TT. Just hope it continues?

Forgot to mention when I signed up it said I would get speeds of 3.5mB or faster. When I did a speed test I got 0.71mB. Bloody slower than my 1mB service with TalkTalk. Grrrrrrrrr!0

I think if you read the above posts it says it all.
Working fine with TalkTalk-Migrate to Madasafish-No internet connection!
If you sign up to a new ISP and are having trouble getting to connect you would expect some useful help instead of being told to restart the computer x amount of times. I have used several ISP's in the past and not once have I had to go to their helpline just to get the internet to connect.0 -

What a pity Cheghead.
I am sure things will settle. I've been with Madasafish a little longer than you. Everything worked out fine. I am also a little under 1 meg. It was hard to know what it was with TT as they didn't offer a speed test as far as I know.

Ok I've calmed down a bit now and fingers x'd everything is going ok and does seem quicker than TT. Still wouldn't recommend using the helpline (which apparently is in South Africa....strange).

They have had some problems since the weekend after BT upgraded some equipment, but everything seems OK again now.
