    25 attempts on Safari (I nearly lost the will to live!!!) - then first time on Firefox!!!:rolleyes:

    Worked first time in FF. With IE, it would not let me enter any initials but it did in FF. Think this was the problem for me. Thanks op.

    worked 1st time for me. Is it to do with putting the street 1st then the number etc???

    Worked first time for me! As ppl have said here: remember when entering your address it's Street THEN House number, post code THEN City/Town.

    Cant see the send button thats supposed to be on the right and do you need to put a space between each letter on the captcha?

    Just done it, i dont thinks its relevant but i deliberately clicked on the arrows on the continue bar and not on the word continue.
