    Just a thought, if using roboform check the street/no boxes as it was filling number and street into the same box, and leaving the number box empty.

    You really have to be very, very careful when filling out the form including carefully entering the capcha which is in both lower and upper case. Took me 6 attempts but got there in the end.

    Went straight through first time for me, had to really concentrate on getting the captcha right though!

    I just cant get it to go through, no matter how many times i check over what ive got. I dont think its the captcha thats the problem because after attempt 1 it disappears and just asks me to check my details. ARGGHH!

    Have you checked the street/no boxes?
