It's not just the D500 they are giving away with this. They are also offering other things like an lcd tv and a sony psp. I've never seen this flextime option. It seems very good though. £180 gets you 900 anytime minutes on their tariff. Or 650 minutes and 500 texts. That is very very good for £35.

They are just trying to boost numbers for sales and/or getting rid of old stock by giving the PAYG phones away? Selling the d500 wil mean that the total annual cost will fall by a small amount and/or you could make a tidy profit if you use all the calls/texts each month.
