3 Service Problem
I've been with 3 for around 4 years now. Over the last 4 weeks the service as deteriorated so badly that i can no longer make or recieve calls at my home location. I recieve a connection error.
The phone as been to the repair shop reflashed and tested working perfectly. After messing around i have found that it is just the 3 service within a 2 mile radius of my home. It worked o.k when selecting Orange as a service provider
I raised the call over a week ago and still no resolution. Where do i stand?? Its worked fine for 4 years with no problems. Can i cancel the contract as they cannot provide the service i'm paying for.
They have been good enough to credit a months line rental to my account. But i can't not have a working phone, especially as the OH is in Hospital.

Personally I think that they should cancel your contract, as they are not providing the service, they have admitted this by crediting your account.
Funnily enough i've noticed that the 3 signal has got a hell of lot worse in the last 6 months, it used to be great0
