Receive Orange calls for free in France

Just looked at Orange site costs for Pay As You Go mobile in France (Google orange "costs and services" to see that) where it states there that the cost for receiving calls in France is FREE.
I could not find anywhere (Google) reference to this. Is this a mistype??

I think you will find it means Voice mail.

Yes its says Answer Phone is free.

So where does it say calls are free as you originally suggested?
