Talk talk free broadband forever?

I've seen the adverts in national newspapers for 'free braodband forever' with Talk Talk on the Talk3 International call package for £9.99 a month. Sounds too good to be true, is it? I already have BT broadband and my father is also interested but he doesn't have broadband at the moment. Can anyone offer any advice?
