Well I have had a letter back from LTSB with copies of my loan docs from 2004, but I phoned them to ask where the copies where from the previous loan, they tried to fob me off with thats all we have but when I pushed them they admitted that they had copies from the loans that I had in 2003, 2004 2005 and 2008!!! I am shocked as I also had a loan in 2002!!! I don't even remember that one! which they don't have copies for. But they are now going to send me copies of everything they have. And after reading the posts on here I am not surprised that I could not ever pay them back as the PPI was always a single premium added onto the loan! And each and every time I was told that i couldn't have the loan without the PPI and I was not told that I could shop elsewhere. I know being in debt is my fault but as a single parent on benefits it was easy to get into huge debt as I tried to not let my child go without eveything, but even to buy food sometimes I had to use a credit card:eek: But with the loans I had to refinance them again and again as I got into more and more debt trying to pay them off.
Sorry for the moan but am really annoyed that they didn't actually try to help me but kept me in debt and by having the PPI I got into even more debt.
Will keep you posted on how things go.

Hi there.
Thanks for your update.
Glad you spoken up to Lloyds tsb, that will show them.:T
And debt is an easy thing for anyone to get into, most of us have been there, and have taken out loans to refinance the other and so on, but at least your dealing with it, so good for you.:T
Hope now all goes your way, fingers crossed and we look forward to hearing the outcome on this.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
