Hi guys..
What can i do?
My contract came to an end at the end of March, so carphone warehouse phones me, they ask if i want to upgrade to a new phone, so i say i don't know wht i want yet,the girl says, "well, i'll take £5 off your bill while you decide, r u going to stay with o2?" i say yes,great,then i phone up to upgrade to a samsung d600, they want £39.99, i said but u asked me if i wanted an upgrade, y r u charging me? They said " because you took that offer of £5" i said, well she never told me it would affect my upgrades,so they said they would get a manager to listen to the recorded conversation and would get back to me in 24 hrs........i waited and i phoned 6 times....they said they would get back to me....but never did anyone phone me. So i went to a carphone warehouse, they said they would upgrade to a samsung d600 free of charge,but they would not take off the £5 discount, i said...ok...i'llphone up to see wht they say.........i phone up....ask for a d600 get it for £19.99,and i ask the guy,so is my bill gonna be discounted by £5 a month?, he says yes.........................i got a text from them this morning.......YOUR TARRIFF HAS BEEN CHANGED TO 02 250 2006 AND WILL BE EFECTIVE FROM 11/4/2006.YOUR MONTHLY LINE RENTAL WILL BE £35.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CPW at there best as usual!! My advice to you is get in contact with CPW and get your PAC code and go along to an O2 Shop or O2 Online and get a new contract there.
You'll then be a Direct Customer of the network instead of Indirect through the CPW.

After the first year with O2 Direct you will then be able to re negotiate your contract with the O2 Retentions Dept who have a lot of power in giving you an amazing deal.
