Don't wait for the seller, just open a paypal dispute and escalate it straight away to a claim.

Posters advised you to do this 4 days ago, it was sound advice then and I'd suggest urgent advice now!

i started a dispute when advised but i have to wait till the 30th for the outcome, i thought i would try the seller again while i was waiting, ive never left anyone a neg or neutral but very tempted on this one!!!! if they didnt want to sell the item then why not just refund & say its got damaged or something, i will email & tell them to refund through paypal & then not bother again, do you think i should let them know what i really think or just be polite & to the point?

Have you escalated the dispute to a claim?

If you haven't my advice would be to do so at once. If you are unsure how to then ask as it can be hard to see how on the paypal site.

The feedback issue is moot as I would suggest making sure you got your money back takes point poistion at the moment.
