I've only just seen this thread - realise I'm 8 days late, but please can you add my name to the challenge. Nice to have a target - I must be someone who works best under pressure0

Hi,
I sold 3 baby newts (my newts have been breeding and Ive been advertising them trying to get them good homes) for £10 yesterday and today got £4.68 compensation (in stamps) from Royal Mail, I sold 2 books on Amazon with a profit of £8.88 after I take the cost of posting off (although I dont have that money yet) and I've listed lots of things on ebay so fingers crossed.
I also won a competition yesterday - a power predictor worth about £100 so I think I will put it on ebay and see what I can get for it....
Not sure if I can count this - my pet insurance paid up yesterday £283.07 - what do you think ?£1000 in 100 days: £1314.02 27/07/2009 - 03/11/2009 (I am a week behind)0 -

Well done on the competition win and yes, I'd count insurance money as it's new money that can be used to neutralise previous spends and isn't part of your normal income.
Just off to add the newcomers' names to post one and then I'll check my own accounts to see what's what. Welcome Alexx, Retrocarclub, Lil.mouse and Heather2409 - I'm adding all the names, let me know if you want out and then we'll have a vote to consider it. :rotfl:I reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.

Hi there, I know I am rather late but please can I join in too - I have been an avid thread watcher but this is my first jump into particpation.
My husband has been out of work for 8 months, but just started a new job on Monday so this is a great way to motivate us to get started on culling some of the debt we have amounted recently! :j0 -
I’m a bit late as I’ve only just come back from a few days away but can I join please? Am finding that these challenges are really pushing me to try harder at making some extra money than I had been before.
I’ve got a load of stuff to put on Ebay so I am going to crack on with that tonight. I made a fair bit before we went away so I don’t want to get out of the habit of listing stuff now as it seems a better idea to just carry on.
Hopefully I’ll have something to report soonOne day Rodney we'll be millionaires£2020 in 2020 - Running Total £170
