Challenger list updated, welcome to more newbies. I don't keep a running total for people, so you can count it up in any way you want. I keep a running total in my signature with the overall aim of getting my cash neutral balances even by the year end. Living on the 4k challenge as a frugaler, I don't spend much but I don't earn much either. :rotfl: I call it a balanced life. :rotfl:
I reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.

Frugal living challenge - living on little in 2025 while frugalling towards retirement.

Hi there, can you add me to the list too? Not sure if I will be able to do the whole £1000 but will give it a bash!

Looking to save the cash for Christmas so it will come in very handy.

I'll add your name to the list and all the other info you need is in or linked to post 1. No, we don't all reach the £1000 (I was less than £400 last time :o) but others manage far more. Every penny counts, so join in and keep us posted on how you [STRIKE]earn your extras[/STRIKE] sorry, thought I better reword this last bit as it didn't look right :rotfl:I mean, join us on here and let us all know how you are doing making your cash related to this challenge, if you see what I mean.

Welcome Natsing & Sparkle, too. Good luck :)

    Hi All

Nykmedia, thanks for adding me to the list.

I have had a good start today. Have done 2 MS today. £22.50 for the pot. But I will add them only when I receive them in my bank account. Now just need to think of how to earn the remaining £977.5

    Hi there,

I've been signed up here for a while but this is my first post. Can I join too please. :) I've got a credit card where I have just transferred the balance to a 0% card and I'd love to clear it by this time next year. Going to have a further read at ways to make a bit of extra cash.

    Fingers crossed!
