Just ring cust retention ask nicely say I wanna a pac code transfer to tesco mobile. They give me 500 free text straight away however there is no discount. Seems vodafone wanna to keep customer, their customer retention number is 08080945945.
Worth a try. Last time I threaten to leave and they give me 100 minutes straight away. :T
