Do you think we will all be coming on here when our babies are older, say in another 9/10yrs:)
I hate that too! especially as supposedly BFers go back to old shape quicker so it would make more sense for them to be fittedMy_Fathers_Daughter wrote: »Why do nursing clothes all have a maternity bump style fit??
It would be worth it if you were going on hols with a breastfeeding baby but you are hardly going to nurse in the local public baths are you?
I have found with lots of nursing clothes that they are cut for a woman with a bump....I am nursing because I don't have a bump anymore
Yup, I was/am doing.. Just got distracted by that other one - not quite what I'm looking for though
are you thinking tankini coz a one piece is usually too small in the boob?0 -
I breastfed Benjamin when we were at Bluestone in May...but it was more like a water park so we sat on a lounger at the side and Benjamin had a feed and a sleep whilst the boys went on the slides and the waves!
I just pulled my swimsuit off my shoulder

Do you think she was on the titanic?
(cos that is the only big boat that has ever sunk
)
That was my thought! It was the way she said it that freaked me out most. So matter of fact, and like I was stupid for not knowing about it! :eek:
Only thing DS did was, three weeks before he was born, I lost my Grandad. I ended up taking this huge houseplant of Grandads to my house. DS used to sit in his chair, from weeks old, proper belly-laughing at this plant! Mum reckoned grandad was hiding behinid it playing boo!

Hi Jillie,
I had a c-section with my DD.
In bed for 24 hours, then up and about, offered bath or shower, decided it would just be far to painful to climb in and out a bath.
I had to remove my dressing in the shower, staff moved my belongings to a ward whilst in the shower. It was a 5 day stay.
ARRRRRRRRR at in-laws - went for a BBQ at weekend and their language was terrible, (every other word was 4 letters) didn't feel I could comment as we'd basically invited ourselves there to cheer SIL up (major health issues)
DD doesn't hear those words day to day and she's at the parrot stage and how do I tell her it's wrong when she hears them from these people, where it's part of their everyday speech.
When I've said anything in the past I've just got it's my house I'll say what I want! :mad:
