Fancy finding me some flights from Birmingham and we will come join you ;)

Me too please...Manchester is my airport, and I am not fussy:p

Hope everyone is well - I noticed Fergus was on Facebook, he is either back from holiday or sneaking a peek whilst on holiday;)

    Awwww MM thanks :A

I've been back to work today :rotfl: I got my carbootsale stuff organised last night and was up this morning at half 7 just to be able to leave the house at 9. I took Darach and Sharon and my mum with me. Made just over £200 :T:T:T

So I've been really busy this last 2 days sorting all my stuff out.

I know its not the same part of scotland you were looking at, but I've been here a couple of times and it's absolutely gorgeous!

Had a right palavar of a day yesterday. My Dad was sorting out his house (tenant just left, completely trashed the place and owes £3k in rent:eek:!) So we decided to pop over and see him... There used to be a direct bus that took 25mins but this has been cancelled and there's now a bus that takes an hour, or you can get the train that changes at Brum and also takes an hour... We decided to go by train and call into Birmingham on the way back and have a bite to eat out seeing as Aimee was at my Mum's so we didn't need to rush back... For a start the train tickets cost £7.20 each! and when we got back into Birmingham we found there had been a clash with a couple of different protest groups and the Bull Ring was closed and the alley from the station to the main parade was fenced off by police, after last weeks mammoth trek around the station we were a bit dubious about finding a different way around... Plus volume of police officers around made me a little antsy... So we just ended up coming home... Had we known it would of ended up that way we would of paid 50p to go on the bus and got a lift home from my Dad!

Anyhoo, my Mum bought Aimee back early this morning and we popped to a car boot in Cannock... Got Caitlyn one of these for 25p and got this for £4! Aimee got a couple of puppy in my pocket playsets for £6 which she got soooooo excited about... Plus a space hopper for £1 and they threw in a hula hoop and a skipping rope too... Oh and we got a leap pad with about 12 books and a jewelled pen for a tenner! I do love a good car boot!

I make a living buying stuff on the internet and shops and then selling at the carbootsales.

After Darach was born, I just couldn't go back to work. I couldn't leave him, so I went self employed after my maternity leave was over.

So today I was officially back to work

What sort of stuff do you buy?

Mostly health and beauty and baby's toiletries plus loads of everything and anything, curtains, bedding, bags and anything I got cheap enough to at least double my money on. All brand new.

I have a market stall at home and 2 powerseller accounts on ebay as well.

I get my stuff from misprices and glitches, like when boots had a code for newborn nappies and an offer on together they worked out at a £1 each and they fly out at carboots sales for £2.50. I bought loads of them.

Sometimes things go through shop tills at 1p as well, I get glitches from here, hkud, pts, and other forums.

I must admit I do love what I do :p

It was great to be back at it today!!!

Mrs Moc, my hubby is convinced we should be doing something like that to bring in extra cash... I really hate selling on eBay though...

Saying that... I should pop and see if the dollhouse I'm flogging has gone higher than 99p yet...
