Aww, everybodys said it all really but I just wanted to wish you luck, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

Keep entering & try not to let not winning get to you. (Easier said than done I know) I look at the comps like someone said earlier, a daily hobby. It's my way of gambling, I get the nice thrill of it all without having to pay.
I never expect to win so if something does pop up, even if it's just a bottle opener, it really feels like a big deal to me. Sad I know but still, keep entering, keep your fingers crossed & enter all of them, even the little ones can make your day.
Good luck again.
My wins, Vodkat Cocktail Set, Peroni Bottle Opener, Bikesure Calender, Mars Football, Strongbow Mystery Prize.

Beckle82 I entered everything I could find for a couple of days in May and won a stay in Blackpool (not taken yet hotel being refurbished)and Liz Earle Skin Polish since then nothing since despite trying really hard.
This past week I've had to stay indoors and decided to keep a record of how many comps I'd entered as I'm winning nothing. Since 16th July I've entered 165 comps even tried some postal & some with small prizes I await a full Post Office van soon
I love the post where people put up pics of their wins it keeps me going. Keep trying.0 -
It just takes a lot of time and effort - I enter between 1,000-1,500 competitions per month online as well as goodness knows how many postal and text competitions and I usually win around 1-5 items per month.
Also if you have entered virtually all the comps on here you need to remember a lot of them will not have closed yet and so you may find that you receive prizes in a couple of months for competitions you have already entered now
Good luck!!! xxxDream of being mortgage free....

I know how you feel! I have been comping since Feb and all I have won is Yates Fish and Chips! However, I am not prepared to throw in the towel just yet. It's the chase that I like, chasing competitions in the hope that I win something. My family keep telling me to give up, you'll never win but I will be the one with a big grin on my face when I win something BIG!
Don't give up just yet - keep trying. Good things come to those who wait.
Thanks to all those who post competitions! Comping on and off since 2009
Nothing is so contagious as enthusiasm0 -
I statred comping middle of January this year and have won loads of small prizes and a few larger ones. I was entering at least 100 comps a day if not more. In march/April i had a perriod of 6 weeks i did not enter any as was moving and so busy, I still had wins during that time from comps that were closing. I have also only entered a handful of comps in the last 4/5 weeks, again too busy and also just need a break from it and have had a couple wins.
Have you read over the comping guide there are loads of hints and tips on there?
dont give up you will get something
would love to win an ipad!

Believe it or not after my post this morning I've won a Nokia with Pepsi on my first ring pull.
Don't give up it can happen0 -
I've been lurking & entering comps since about April time... some months I enter very few, other months I enter all I can - and I have won nothing (yet).
Sometimes I get down about it, and feel what is the point? But I keep telling myself that one day it'll be worth it. Like someone just mentioned - it costs nothing! Each generation imagines itself to be more intelligent than the one that went before it, and wiser than the one that comes after it.0 -
really hope you win something soon - i've had a few small wins over the past couple of months, and have felt despondent - seeing some of the siggies makes me realise some people are lucky (- or do more comps!)
please let us know when you win something - it really is a WHEN not an IF0 -
The odds are really really low but its the thought of a great prize and seeing peoples sigs that keeps me going!
You will get something.0
