sorry to hear you are not winning, when i first stared entering comps i wasnt winning, then slowly started getting a win or 2 a month but only cds or dvds, then i found this forum ,im winning more now, thanks to all the lovely poeple on here that post competition and the answer, so dont give up just remember that when you enter a comp it might not be ending for 2 month or so, good luck hope you win something soon xxx

I felt the same up until last month, I had entered pretty much all of the comps on here since 1st Feb, except for tickets as I usually cant get to the places the events are held. I had won nothing until June when my luck changed. I had a few wins in June, a few small ones this month - although I still look at some people's siggies and think WOW!!! :eek:

I'm still waiting for a biggie though :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Keep at it, the wins will come when you least expect them! I always tell myself that my name has just as much chance of getting picked as anyone else's - although when you're seeing what everyone else wins, it is hard to stay positive!

Beckle, I was going to put the same post on here myself! Ive entered hundreds of comps off here and many others from mags etc (I know I only recently joined, but honestly I have) and so far have won nowt, zilch, zero, nada! I must admit I enjoy entering and the little thrill of anticipation but the disappointment also gets you down! But then I thought about the comments othes MSErs have put on and I suppose only those who have won contribute to the I won board so think of the silent majority who still pray for that "big win" and keep optimistic and entering those comps for the fun of it. I know I will.

I've been comping daily since April, and so far I've won big fat nothing.. But the only way to get a chance is to enter, isn't it? Eventually it'll come, for all of us Win Virgins. Look at it this way - we've got a daily hobby, and it's not costing us anything but time to enter.

I find it hard to believe that you have entered virtually every competition on here in that time and have not had more little wins at least. I would have expected by the law of averages that you should have won around one in every couple of hundred of the smaller comps for say a mascara, a DVDor a Mars football. If you mean that you have entered all the biggies in that time, such as the ITV ones or the ones for mobiles and laptops, then I am not surprised that you have not won in that time, because more people enter those ones, so it's just chance if you happen to get lucky.

I'm also a newbie to these competitions, and to be honest I've never met a more nicer bunch of people who take the time to provide us with all the info & answers.

I think you should just stick with it, your win will come one day soon.

I started comping whilst 'lurking' in March and got my first wins towards the end of April. I enter 150+ comps every day and win probably 1 or 2 a week, if I include the comps my son wins too!

Keep at it - make sure you tick the 'thanks' on the comps as you can eliminate yourself by doubling up entries. Also work your way through the daily, weekly and monthly comps (I missed those when I first started)

I know I've been very lucky, but do persevere. It'll be worth it when you get a fantastic email coming through, or a surprise parcel!

Wins are like buses....nothing, then they all come at once! So hang in there you'll win soon (and keep moaning...that usually helps! )
