I have an 18 month contract with 3 and i really want to get out of it but my contract doesn't finish till November is there a way to get out of it before then

yes, phone them and tell them you want to terminate your contract, you will have to apy the remainder of the contract though.

I've been reading on the net about people getting out of the 3 contract free of charge due to a change in 3's T&C don't know much about it tbh

I think its something about "3 like home" or something like that.

there's a big thread in this forum about it .. just need to find it - but, even if you do, you've missed the boat.

the only way you'll get out of the contract is to pay 5 months line rental up front.
