  • msgnomey - my DD1 had shingles on her arm when she was 15/16. Little itchy/painful blisters. Hugs as I know how they drove her demented.

Pollybear - I'm on Vista - if I don't use it for a little bit, the monitor shuts down and I have to move my mouse and it comes back on - if I leave it for a longer length of time (don't ask me how longer) the on/off button flashes and I have to press that to bring it back up. Don't know whether that helps at all.

Need to get my shoes on now to go to the docs.

    Catch you later

    Jue

At the moment the monitor doesn't shut itself down at all. When I was on XP I knew how to set up to do this but things don't seem the same on here. Could it be that it's not doing it because I've got a screensaver on? I could have that on XP and still have the monitor shut down after a while and just move the mouse to show stuff again.

    I hate new things.

I've remembered another horrible job I've done this week. There was a nasty smell in the kitchen and I've been trying to track it down. Turns out it was a couple of potatoes in the cupboard. Ewww that was nasty, turned my stomach, but I've disposed of them and been through the rest to check. I deserve a medal for that, never mind a heart!!!

Off to see how the washing is doing, it's blowing well anyway.
