Hi everyone. I got such encouragement last week that I feel a bit guilty at not being able to pop on here since Thursday! In my defence, I was mostly doing Flylady-type stuff
It has been hectic with last minute viewings and ferrying about with the girls so I am looking forward to my first day this week at being able to take my time with them.
I cleaned the bathroom yesterday but the kitchen could do with seeing to, so I am swapping/days lists about a bit, and will try to catch up. Hope that's ok. Hope everyone has a great day

Right I am showered - have found all my work stuff but no time to make packed lunch so think I might call in here and collect it later on the way back to the office.
Off to work - no doubt I will be shattered when I get back but hopefully GT's will have done some jobs.
Ohhh mobile just gone off - meeting has been cancelled for this morning so I don't need to go in until 10. So I will go and hang washing out and then wash up....
I may even try to do one job from my extensive list.......
Must also ring SHU to let them know I am not going to the training.

Jinky - when Soappie takes on the personna of Toots she can be ruthless and hard. I don't shout, but I look sternly in your direction over the top of my glasses and say you're not supposed to post until you can tell us exactly what you have achieved flying wise. Even if it's just putting a cup in the DW or on the sink. Now get your backside into gear!

Morning all
I'm really in holiday mood and on a permanent go slow.
No rain here yet today so I'm going to bung the towels on the line then head to the shower.
Must do a bit of a food shop this morning once I've dropped DS3 at Mums.
Hope to do HHC at 9:30 if anyone wants to join me (probably my only flying for the day!)The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

Good morning everyone. I am liking these holidays - the boys keep sleeping in till 7.30-8.00! After six years of 6am it is lovely.
We have agreed some new rules as well as per Pigpens instructions last week so they have to get dressed and clean their teeth, tidy their beds and floor, and put their PJ's and dirty clothes in the washing basket before they wake me up. They also have to tidy everything off the playroom floor by 7.30 each night or it gets black bagged and they don't get it back for a week. A week in this is going really well (although I do have a bag of train bits that I confiscated and a semi hysterical small boy who wants them back right now) and the general level of tidyiness is much better so thanks for the idea Pigpen.
Lots to do today before I even start on the lists:- bag up the loose change, and take it to the bank, plus pay in two cheques so we actually have some cash for our break
- bag up the charity stop stuff - go back through and retrieve anything I had put in as way to small and check if it fits now, add anything that is now too big
- exchange the jeans that are too big before the 28 days are up
- buy socks for DH
- get SS1 to mow the lawn, and send him to get a haircut
- get euros for SSs cruise with their mother (who hasn't paid a penny in maintenance in 9 months but can afford a cruise, and is getting central heating fitted to the extension whilst they are away! Thanks CSA )
- get SS1 to send CV's for apprenticeships
- drop SS1 at airport
- get chicken feed and more chew bones
- cut DS1 and DS2 hair
- do my invoicing for June
and July, chase outstanding payments
Better get dressed and get on with some of it.......'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0 -
