  • pigpen I dont know if it is the same with dentists as with doctors, but I complained about out dentist charging for something he said would be done on the NHS scheme, and we found ourselves without a dentist! Not just me, but DH and DD1, no right of reply at all.

We do have a nice dentist now though.

Evening all! Took the children to local Country Park today and they were all amazing - we walked for 2 hours and they were all happy the whole time, even during a few little showers :D Bet they'll all sleep well tonight!

Just a quick catch up as I have loads to do tonight  but at least it's the last day of term tomorrow - Head is doing Pimms for everyone after school and then some of us our going for a pub meal :D

grateful.. TBH if I was kicked off the Dr's list it would be no hardship to me.. they are absolutely appalling.. if it wasn't for the fact no other surgery will take DS2 on as his growth hormone is so darn expensive I'd have changed doctors years ago!!! Few surgeries are willing to take him on at over £600 a month!.. the fact the others haven't been to docs for as long as I can remember (for things other than needing a referal elsewhere) is beside the point! I may be tempted actually to go seek another.

  • Hello all

I have just read that dog thread and my blood is boiling!!!!!!! I didnt post cos I would have been kicked off but why why why didnt the OP's mum try and bond with the pup before taking it home???????

    Ok off soap box now.

I quite enjoyed the kitchen day - I only have 3 drawers in my kitchen but they were crammed full and I chucked out loads of broken/past it bits and bobs and also found my dogs' collars when they were pups! brought a little tear to my eye, bless.
I also found a brand new tin opener which I am well chuffed as my old one is blunt.
Might leave Tuesdays tasks to the end of the week as they are very daunting and as I work very long days, think I would fall asleep in the bathroom if I tried doing it now!

    Take care

    1 step xx

I'm fed up with the weather. It's making me feel lethargic and I'm not getting any of the outdoor things done that I need to do!
