Jo sweetheart, huge hugs for you.

We've been through this more than once with OH and it never gets any easier. The last time was 2 years ago (and he was 50 then), he still hasn't got a permanent job but I second the suggesion to go for temp ones. He has had about 7 contracts over the 2 years and now has a really good reputation with the agencies, so even though the chances of a permanent job here in Hull are not very good (witness 1460 applicants for 20 binmen last week!) at least we know the money is coming in.

Daft as it may seem he's had a couple of decent ones from putting his cv online on monster.co.uk - and he thought he was having a bit of a joke when he did it. So don't wait until Monday.

The only flying I've done today is 2 lots of laundry and one is still in the machine as I have nowhere to hang it - need to get to wilkos to get another clothes horse as I haven't been able to line dry anything for ages with not being at home during the day.

Just counted change we have been saving since xmas for hols next friday to Angelsey and we have £355!!!! :j:j:j:j:j Just as well as DH van cost £450 this week for MOT and god knows what a crown /root canal etc will cost at dentist when I go back after hols to them again

11. Fill a binbag for charity shop
12. Sort through a toy box.. get rid of anything broken or outgrown
13. HH-something of your choice.. study or gardening.. not sitting! lol
14. deflea and pets if they need it.. I forget to do mine frequently until someone gets bit
15. Clean out the car!!!!!

Just realised I posted my list without Friday's added to it - and now the weekend list is up too :rolleyes: And I'm out all day tomorrow

There's no way I can find 20 things to throw out in my bedroom, the back bedroom or the bathroom so can I do extra from another room (or count the thousands I threw out of my classroom!)

I've spent all week trying to post and the evil....something wouldn't let me! But its okay now.

Jo I realise your probably not around right now, but I wanted to add my hugs to you pile. I can't imagine your pain and trauma, but as everyone has said, we're here with loves!!!

Well, obviously my lists are redundent for this week, so back on the wagon next week. With some weekend cleaning bits thrown in. Must work very hard next week coz I've the family coming over for foods and want a gorgeous Sky City for their approval and my preening...btw if any one has any ideas for decor for an indian buffet im all ears.

Now to properly catch up on the thead...

Do what I did Frodders - count the number of rooms you have, multiply it by 20 and as long as you throw THAT many things out (even if it's hairs in the plug hole) you're covered xxx

Have done dinner and yes, I opted for the trashy fish fingers, oven chips and a small tin of beans. Wonderful comfort food! Now watching The Bone Collector on some cable channel. Brilliant film!

My list for the weekend............

New weekly challenge: All done
Weekend Wist (ADAPTED PIGPENS PLUS SOME OF MY OWN!)
· S&S kitchen
· S&S bathrooms
· binbag dance (see 11, some stuff also thrown/made into cloths)
· find 25 things to ebay/sell/freecycle: CANNOT DO so will check emails/finances/do surveys instead
· photograph said items.. run updates for turbolister or auctiva.. whatever you use: CANNOT DO so will finish making mix CD’s instead.
· Wash any neglected bedding
· clean out smelly pets: NO INDOOR PETS BUT WILL WASH CAT FOOD DISHES
· Wash any filthy windows: DONE DURING THE WEEK
· Clean the porches: DONE FRI but will need to be done again as mucky buggy wheels messed it up!
· shine any mirrors
· Fill a binbag for charity shop: DONE WED (in prompt session of me and DH clearing out wardrobes and shoes and producing about 5 binbags in total!!)
· Sort through a toy box.. get rid of anything broken or outgrown DONE TODAY (oddly enough lol)
· HH-something of your choice.. study or gardening.. not sitting! lol ...... re-pack my clothes (had done this but as I got a couple of new tops today I have taken the stuff back out and laid in neat piles, removing the same amount of tops as I got today so i can add them! need to leave space for birthday present clothes mum has got me .

Sort and organise all the drawers in these rooms!..

Set computer to virus scan then clean the bath and loo and tiles and basins and toilets and showers and bidets etc
Polish the pc/lappy

Level Three
Vacuum/mop all the floors
Wipe over and dusty paintwork

Wednesday Wishy-washy ~ Living Room, Hallway and Stairs

Level One
Declutter floors.. in all these areas!

Level Two
dust and deweb!
Vacuum the floors!

Level Three
Empty a cupboard or drawer and fling all that is no longer needed and rehome anything that shouldnt be there!
wipe all the paintwork and all the doors!

Thrilling Thursday ~ Master bedroom!

Level One
[STRIKE]Declutter the floor [/STRIKE]and vacuum it!

Level Two
Strip the bedding wash and replace... BEFORE bedtime!!!
Vacuum and turn mattress if it hasn't been done in a while
Empty the wardrobe.. and put back ONLY the stuff you WILL wear and that fits..

Level Three
Dust and deweb
Sort through your underwear and get rid of the dead stuff!

Frantic Friday ~ a bit of it all!!

Level One
Empty and thoroughly clean out one cupboard!
Clear ALL the hotspos in one room!!

Level Two
Declutter & vacuum a floor.. Has to be one you've not done this week
Find 20 things from each room to throw in the bin!
Sort through the linen cupboard.. do you REALLY need it all?

Level Three
Sort through one cupboard of clothes and fling all that is no longer vital
Fill a binbag for charity shop
Tidy a book shelf
