My son is looking for AI package to sharm in October. Should he hang on for a last minute deal or look now? Any advice or deals which are available now would be appreciated. 2 adults travelling. Thanks.

Is this a good deal and should we book now? 2 weeks B&B in a 5* hotel in Sharm, departing Manchester 19/10/06 for £1048 for the 2 of us? That's with First Choice. Have checked out loads of reviews for the hotel (SAS Radisson Resort) and although there's the odd bad review (there always is!) the vast majority are excellent.
Have checked out those other 2 links and can't find anything cheaper than £1200+
Don't want to risk a last minute booking as we are tied down as to the actual date we can travel
This will be our 2nd trip to Sharm this year, we loved it the first time and so have no qualms at all re the resort
Thanks in advance0 -

Dont forget as well use DIVERS code for 15pp off
every little helps If you look anything like your passport photo....Your too ill to travel0 -
I love Sharm too - its hard to beat.
I've always found booking flights and hotels separately works out cheaper (A1 Travel are good) - I don't need the latter any more as I've just bought a 1 bed flat in Naama Bay.
I always found prices rose substantially nearer the date so I suggest you book now.

Thanks for that - we're looking to go on Thursday 19th Oct which covers half term so likely to be more expensive, but will have a look thanks

lynn44...had a look on the xl.com site, but for some reason no holidays came up departing 19/10/06??!! We can't go any earlier or more than 2 days later (ie we must fly 19-21/10/06 so I'm tempted to book the deal we found while it's still there?
Thanks for the help

Lucky you! We loved it when we went in January, hopefully it will be a bit warmer in October (although we all came home with a sun tan!) :cool:0
