not happy either! i've already said that i ordered 2 pairs but they cancelled 1 and sent the other, when i would not have just ordered 1 and paid the full postage. well the pair that weren't out of stock have just arrived and they have sent the wrong size! they have sent me a UK4/US6 instead of a UK6/US8. so now i've paid £3.95 postage for one wrong sized pair and it looks like i have to pay to return them too, so i'm going to be about £7 out of pocket and have no crocs to show for it! i haven't received a reply to my first email yet, and now i need to send another, god knows when or if they will reply. i can't find a phone number anywhere on the website and there isn't one on the invoice either.

eta - they sent me a free mug, i don't want it but i also don't want to incur extra postage charges for having to return it as it's pretty heavy and i never wanted it in the first place. am i allowed to just keep it/chuck it? or is it only free for me to keep if i keep the wrong sized pair of crocs?

have now found a phone number, 0870 333 9400 if anyone else wants it. they just told me to pay to send the crocs back and if they confirm they have made an error they will refund me in full including return postage. i am not going to bother with an exchange, it should hopefully be less hassle to just try and get my money back rather than risk them sending wrong size again.

    Got mine this morning! :D
Also got a free gift; a HUGE Sports Direct mug.
I got the Mary Janes, which feel a bit snug. I can't be bothered sending them back though to exchange them for a bigger size.

Does anybody know if I can just exchange them at my local Sports Direct store?

Pinkgem, when you ordered on the site did you order UK6? Daft question but the sizes were a bit odd. I assumed 7-8 was UK size but now you have me worried...
If not, looks like DD will gain yet another pair of crocs because I assumed they were listed as UK size.

Mine not arrived yet, though they are tracking as out for delivery with DHL.

I have heard that if you put Crocs in the tumble dryer for a short time on a low setting then wear them straight away, that they stretch a little.

    May be worth a try?
