Thankfully, I've just received my dispatch confirmation and both pairs are on the way to me.

I don't see why they shouldn't refund you the second lot of p&p. It's their mistake after all.

I shall let you know what they say. All hell would break loose if I bought a pair for just one of them..... I have my next sale stuff coming, they are even in the bags comparing just what I've received to make sure one has not got more than the other! I bet they won't even wear them!!

Just placed an order I use mine when cleaning the house. It means i can be going outside to bin and back in without ruining my slippers if wet. They are comfy too.

I am bit annoyed that for such a huge business their stock control system is not running 'real time'. I can appreciate that mistakes happen but I have Stock Control on my website and should I get it wrong and I sell something that was not in stock I'd never dream of sending someone an order with just one item without confirming they still want it because they might not want to pay delivery charge on 1 item. That means I've had to pay £8 in delivery charges for 2 pairs of shoes if they will not refund. I might as well as bought them off eBay and used the money I had in Paypal. Just something to look out for really.

i've just had the same thing happen to me! i ordered 2 pairs for myself and paid the £3.95 postage charge. just had an email to say they've sent 1 pair as the others were out of stock. i wouldn't have just ordered 1 pair and paid the £3.95 postage on them. i have emailed to ask why they didn't give me the chance to either cancel the order or choose an alternative colour? as there are other colours i would be happy to have them in, but i don't want to have to order again and pay another £3.95. i did want to phone them but couldnt find a number anywhere. not impressed at the moment.

I loved my old crocs, my Mum gave them to me then had them flippin back!!! I've felt so lost without them.

Two years after my husband bought his first pair, I stated that I would never be seen in them. :rolleyes:I am now an avid fan. Love the toe post sandals, Ithaka are more comfy that the Athens. Also have the shoes (Alice & Malindi). I cant imagine not being able to buy them. I hope the firm withstands the financial problems. So, I have to buy more to help them, yes?
