the scarey thing is many people think writing freepost on an item makes it freepost.
ive written before about the lib dem 'save our post office' capaign who would regularly get loads of letters with no stamp and freepost written on them.
seems the senders were concerned for their post office but not enough to actually use it

My OH asked me the other day why I frequent the eBay forum when I rarely buy anything on there and I don't sell anything. This is why!! I love reading about people's stupidity!!!

I must confess to spending quite a lot of time lurking on this forum for the same reason :o

although my daughter sells now & again & I've been able to give her some good advice from what I've learned here along the way

I am not happy, I received your item yesterday. You state postage is FREE yet it has cost £2.61 to post the item. I paid £4.99 for this game and beleived it would be freepost.

Clearly that is not the case and the game should have only cost me £2.39.

    No he can't! £2.39 +£2.61 = £5, not £4.99...

    Kid's a moron! :D
